By making a booking with Bushcraft Experience you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms and conditions below.

Payment

All payments are to be made in British Pounds (Sterling) to JL Norton. Course cost and payment procedure will be agreed in writing prior to the start of the course.

Liability

Bushcraft Experience courses take place in the outdoors, which by its nature is never completely free from hazard. While all reasonable precautions are taken to minimise the risks participants accept that accidents including serious injury and death can occur without Bushcraft Experience being at fault. Participants should also recognise that Bushcraft Experience is not responsible for loss or damage to the personal property including vehicles, money, clothing or equipment.

Force Majeure

Bushcraft Experience shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its contractual obligations as a result of war, flood, storm, riot, fire, accident, civil commotion, acts of god, government action, failure of power supply, equipment failure, lock out, strike, default, ill health or death or any other cause beyond its reasonable control and Bushcraft Experience shall not be liable for any loss, damage or expense suffered by The Client or any third party arising directly or indirectly from any such matters.
